Data Encryption - 256-bit AES encryption at every layer.
Title documents contain sensitive personal and financial information. We encrypt everything — at rest and in transit — using industry-standard AES-256 encryption with AWS Key Management Service.
- Encryption at Rest. All documents, extracted data, and database records are encrypted using AES-256 via AWS KMS. Encryption keys are automatically rotated and never stored alongside your data.
- Encryption in Transit. Every connection to TitleOCR is secured with TLS 1.2/1.3. API calls, file uploads, and data exports are all transmitted over encrypted channels.
